Wii U And Its Failings

I think its a safe assumption that the Wii U has flopped and will pail in to insignificants compered to the up and coming next gen systems. so here is a list of things I feel Nintendo needs to do for its next console if it wants to be up there with the best of them like when they released the GameCube.

1. No More Gimmicks-
    Lets be honest Nintendo has become a giant gimmick, oh looks motion control, now we have 3D, look no HUD. To be honest all this new innovation is to the detriment of the rest of the console and its games. For example I feel that DK for the Wii would have been so much better without the motion control moments.
    I love the concept of having no HUD on screen, but that's it the concept I love. when they implemented it, it just felt gimmicky and just took you out of the emersion. so NO gimmicks from now on just a straight console.

2. Make It Easy To Make Games For-
    Nintendo's consoles are notorious for being hard to develop games for and to be honest its just daft. what you've done is started a group project but demanded it all be done in Japanese while your non Japanese speaking friends do most of the work. Its just stupid.

3. Think About The Hard-core Market-
    This is an area that Nintendo always neglects like a child without any legs, and Nintendo if you ignore it, it wont go anywhere. look at the others their legless babies have grown up and now have tank tracks and bazookas but yours is just there while you occasionally throw it some food like zombie U.
    I feel that if Nintendo put there mind and millions to it they could create half descent games that appeal beyond there market of legless babies and Nintendo fans.

4. Bring Back Some Old Reboots (Don't)-
   Stop with the reboots try and make something g new and interesting instead of just going "hey do you remember when we where original and cool" then go and make Luigi Wii U. Just stop come up with something else that's cool and original.
   Not to say they should stop all together maybe just a new Earthbound, Actually don't make another earth bound you'll fuck it up.

5. Get Some New Guys-
    Every Nintendo title there is an old name, one who has done the same shit before. surely you have enough money to get a few new guys in and experiment, I mean its not that much hassle.
 I've seen the porn you guys have more than enough crazy individuals who could make a game that doesn't make me want to puke rainbows.

It pisses me of, I consider myself a fan of Nintendo but I think they are just turning the whole company in to one big Sonic '06.
